You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the ezph platform. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations. ezph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with ezph. Duplicate accounts — whether registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
ezph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities on the platform are subject to PAGCOR's rules, regulations, and oversight requirements for online gaming operators serving players in the Philippines.
All games on the ezph platform involve real money. Deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generator systems or live-dealer results. Gambling inherently involves financial risk and the possibility of losing your deposited funds.
All promotions and bonus offers issued by ezph are subject to specific wagering requirements, validity periods, and game eligibility restrictions. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and references to "you" in these Terms and Conditions shall include that person or entity.

Access to the ezph platform and all associated gaming services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and will remain at least 21 years old throughout your use of the platform.
The ezph platform is operated under a license that authorizes online gaming services for the Philippine market. Access may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the ezph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ezph does not accept liability for any breach of local law arising from your use of the platform.
To register an account with ezph, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any of the provided information changes. ezph reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Each individual may maintain only one active account with ezph. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ezph will close all but the first registered account, void any transactions conducted through the duplicate accounts, and may apply additional sanctions at its discretion, including permanent suspension of the primary account where the conduct is found to be deliberate.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws of the Philippines, ezph is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances specified by regulation. Verification documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a UMID card, driver's license, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that cannot be verified to ezph's satisfaction may have their gaming access restricted and withdrawal processing suspended until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ezph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person or permit any third party to access your account. ezph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify ezph immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. ezph may suspend your account pending investigation where unauthorized access is suspected.
ezph reserves the right to close or suspend any account where it reasonably believes that the account is being used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, that fraudulent activity has occurred, that the account holder has provided false information, or where closure is required by law, regulatory direction, or court order.
Upon closure of an account by the user, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account wallet will be returned to the user via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
ezph accepts deposits through the payment channels listed on the platform, which include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ezph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Deposited funds will be credited to your ezph account wallet upon confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment channel — e-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are typically instant, while bank transfer processing times depend on the channel used.
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds is registered to a different individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of the funds to the originating payment account.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, to the extent technically possible. ezph may, at its discretion, process withdrawals to an alternative registered payment method held in the account holder's name where the original channel is unavailable.
Before processing any withdrawal, ezph may require the completion of KYC verification procedures in accordance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timelines are published on the ezph platform and may be updated from time to time. ezph reserves the right to delay the processing of withdrawal requests where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other violations of these Terms and Conditions.
ezph is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and applicable PAGCOR anti-money laundering regulations. ezph may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and is legally prohibited from disclosing to account holders when such a report has been made. By using the platform, you agree to cooperate fully with any reasonable request by ezph in connection with its AML compliance obligations.
All games available on the ezph platform — including slot games, live casino table games, bingo, and other offerings — are provided for real-money wagering by registered adult users. Game rules, return-to-player percentages, and other relevant game information are published within each game's help section.
Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the system, it is final and cannot be reversed. ezph is not responsible for errors made by users when placing wagers, including selecting incorrect stake amounts, game variants, or bet types.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or disconnection that interrupts a game round in progress, ezph will use all reasonable endeavors to reconstruct the game state from server-side logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, ezph's determination of the outcome shall be final. Any wagers that cannot be resolved due to a technical fault will be voided and the stake returned to the account wallet.
ezph reserves the right to void any wager or game result that it has reasonable grounds to believe was affected by a technical error, game software malfunction, or any other irregularity that undermined the integrity of the game round.
ezph may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, loyalty rewards, and other incentive programs to registered users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bonus amounts, eligible games, and validity periods.
Bonus funds credited to an account must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings generated from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms.
ezph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse or where continued operation of the promotion would otherwise be contrary to the platform's interests or PAGCOR requirements. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic exploitation of promotional offers, or coordinated bonus farming — will result in the voiding of all associated bonus balances and may result in account suspension.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ezph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ezph platform without express written authorization from ezph.
ezph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly through your account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily restrict your access to the ezph platform for a specified period. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed before the end of the specified exclusion period. ezph reserves the right to impose mandatory responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is gambling irresponsibly, including where a player makes multiple large deposits in a short time frame, requests rapid reversal of withdrawals, or contacts support in a manner suggesting distress.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ezph's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ezph shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses.
ezph does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ezph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
ezph processes your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Details of how ezph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information are set out in the ezph Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with ezph and should be read alongside these Terms and Conditions.
By registering an account with ezph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have rights under the Data Privacy Act including the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact ezph's data protection officer through the contact details published on the platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the ezph platform, you and ezph agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate regulatory channels established by PAGCOR for player complaints.
Where regulatory channels are insufficient to resolve a dispute, the parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
ezph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect user rights or obligations — ezph will notify registered users via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect.
Your continued use of the ezph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms.
